Cacmypants
Doesn't it have a better balance between strength/stab compared to leaf-bladed sword? I'd say it's obsolete as a 1-H stabbing weapon once you have Korasi's Sword, even though the Brackish blade still has some favourable attack styles for training (with stab) and trumps korasi's stab bonus by +7. So even then it still has a bit of utility.

So even then it still has a bit of utility. It has quite a bit of utility considering it's pretty much a stabbing version of the d scim. Same speed, same strength; it's stabd bonus is that of the dragon scimitars slash bonus and it's slash bonus is that of the dragon scimitar's stab bonus. And it doesn't require a quest. I expect this item to be VERY popular. Come to think of it, it's the perfect new member weapon, at least once it goes down in price. For that matter, expect all the dragon slaying bots to have it soon... Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.[spoiler=The rest of my sig. You know you wanna see it.]my difinition of noob is i dont like u, either u are better then me or u are worst them meBuying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. Durant
Yes, even if you have done MM and don't wish to either gain Defence or spend a lot of money. It has a higher stab bonus with Dragon Defender than Zammy Spear or Korasi, albeit a lower Strength bonus. Great for stab weak monsters.
HexiledRazz
I noticed this as soon as i realized that it was basically a stabbing dragon scimitar, but you didn't need to finish any quests to use it. It'll be a new popular weapon for people who don't want to bother with Monkey Madness and just train straight to 70 for a whip/ss. And even pures of they don't want to bother with Monkey Madness for the subquest for RDF. Plus it reserves it's usefulness even after those levels because of it's stab bonus. Against metals for people who don't have access to a Korasi's. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.
