I know lots of you use timers to keep track of overloads, boss times, etc, so could you suggest to me a good timer to use.

 

Reqs:

I must be able to use this offline

Not browser based.- so i can use this outside of rs too

It always stays 'on top' of the rs window

Lightweight, and not cause any lag.

Or if you run Windows 7 there are several timer applications available on microsoft's website.

Cool Timer. You can find it on CNET or just google it. It fits all the criteria.

I'm using Xntimer u can multiply open it, with different time, options: stop/repeat time, always on top, this timer appear big, but u can adjust size, handy tool
