Sorry to bore you all with this old question..

But still I need advice =)

 

I'm gonna put in the max, atm I have 10-5, trees and coal.. Is it still the best or are herbs helping any again or what should I put my money on?

put them 9-6 maples to coal, you wont see any of the diffrence between the number of nests you get between 10 and 9 on maples.

Yup right now herbs are tricky simply because their still suffering from the DXPW since their prices are fluctuating so much its gonna be hard to make back what you put into there unless you make them into unf pots but even then its risky i think.

Best setup is currently 9-6 maples and coal, but I use 9-6 maples and herbs because I need the herbs for herblore and CBA to sell coal and buy herbs.

is the coal ever gonna go up again.. last 30 days and even 180 days look pretty sh*tty for coal...?

I use this link here, it basically shows the profitability based on the current market prices of the resources you get

I usually keep the workers and coffers topped up to 100% every week and collect my resources twice a month, i've found this works best for me and 2 weeks is about right for you to get a few yew/magic seeds in the nests which will significantly increase the profit.

 

9 Maples and 6 coal is best at the moment, although as others have said herbs aren't bad either and it may give you convenient way of training herblore

9 maples 6 coal is best if you collect every 7-10 days, otherwise the nest count rounds up and it's better if you do 10 maples 5 coal if you leave your kingdom for a longer time.

As i dont need the cash im leaving my kingdom (topping up frequently) until the next BXPW.

 

Ill see if herbs go backup to a reasonable price and adjust and collect then.
