Hi, discussing it anyway.

It has badass stats, obviously, but it also caters to my OCD about completing things (this applies to pretty much every game I've ever played). Because I hate non-combats so much, it'll be years before I get it, most likely. In fact, I'm probably more likely to complete the 5k castle wars games than max total. Combat > everything.

To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

What about an option for:

I'm a completionist and would be filling these goals in-spite of the cape.

I think "Completionist" or "Completionist players" are just crap. Why? Because even a Comp players has something they like doing more than other things. + Completeing a game is alot more than just finish stuff related to this cape. If your a Completionist players, then you have plans to finish EVERY aspect of the game. There can't be "I like to finish only the ones related to Cape". Because a True completionist would finish everything the game has to offer. And i mean everything. So with that said, people started to set goals to finish most things Runescape had to offer because of this cape. Before it i don't think they thought "I want to finish the game". Perhaps "I want to get 99 in all skills + 120 dung", but not other stuff that they didn't find "interesting".

I added the option though.

I'm more of the 'OCD will complete everything regardless of shiny looking cape anyway' person to begin with, so I voted accordingly. If I ever get around to it though :P I'm a fairly lazy person, so it'll likely take me a long time to fully complete. In addition to this, I do want to complete a collection of other minigame type things - full set of each clothing from Trouble Brewing, Great Orb Project, etc. I don't know if I'll ever finish, but it IS an end game goal for me. If I ever do accomplish everything, I can't see me playing for much longer, lol.

All of the thinks required for the comp cape are things I would do anyway. Makes little difference to me.

The poll is about what's your motive for obtaining the cape. Sounds like you like completeting stuff. So i would suggest you vote that if you haven't already.
