June 19, 201115 yr Nope, it's an invisible boost, so you can't use it to catch stuff that's higher than your level.This.The arctic bear won't let you catch prey that's a higher level than yours, but it does allow you to catch prey your level or below more often.If you want to catch draconic jadinkos I'd suggest using the mud bath at Oo'Glog, although that would be fairly slow still. The God jadinkos are level 81. As the others have stated, the arctic bears boost is invisible. You can use the ooglog pools to boost hunter up 7 if you need to.
