Fast Mage XP

I can't remember what the fastest xp is, I was thinking barraging skele monkeys under ape toll? I have know idea how that stacks up or what the xp rates are. Either way if there is something faster I would appreciate it money is not a problem.

In other words: We got a ban hammer in varrock mines. It's jackin yo [censor] bots, slappin yo macros up, tryna ban em, so ya'll need to hide yo scripts, hide yo clicks, and hide yo logs cause they bannin errbody up in here.

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing;

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews;

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores;

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Rock lobbies are good but I do not need charms and I am pretty sure there was something faster could be wrong though.

Barraging ape atoll skele's is I believe still fastest although if money is really not a problem at all you could try maxed gear barraging in soul wars destroying all the bots you'll need full Virtus high prayer and defence for this however and I'm not even sure if it is faster.

I often use fire surge on black demons/metal dragons wearing SoL and Arcane Stream necklace. It gives 90 base xp per cast so that's a guaranteed 90k xp an hour, and it's capable of hitting over 400 and is very accurate, especially on demons. On top of all this, since it's standard mage book, you can alch at the same time!

(You alch as you autocast and it does not interupt as long as you do not 'queue alchs' and instead wait for the animation to be fully over before starting your next alch. Heres a little video explaining how to do it (Sadly the video shows melee, but it works with magic and ranged, too.))

You can expect anywhere between 200-250k magic xp an hour, and some hitpoints to boot!

I know you said money wasn't an issue, but with SoL and battles robes you can expect each spell to cost roughly 500 coins instead of their usual 900 as this will save a lot of runes. And with metal dragons and black demons the ashes/bones/rune equipment/visages/dragon items makes up for most if not all of the rune cost.

Best thing about this is that's its very easy and simple to do and requires no planning, when barraging you must line up all your enemies perfectly before casting etc. and that generally wastes a lot of time.

Even though you "waste lots of time", im sure smoke barraging skeles would still be faster.

If you do not wish to lose too much, then id agree with this and go metal drags or something similar.

But, since you said money is no worry, id have to agree with you about the smoke barraging, i can't think of anything that would be faster.

unless you already have 99 summoning bursting/barraging rock lobsters is still the best option

Fastest xp would be barraging monkey skeletons, ice would mess with them forming a proper 3x3 square but you may be able to avoid that. Either way you can cast up to 1200 barrages per hour at max speed and with a staff of light that's about 1750 gp per cast, giving you up to 2.1m expenses per hour (likely a little less) for up to 400k xp per hour, maybe less. 6 gp/xp for that amount of xp/hr isn't bad at all.
