HexiledRazz Posted July 10, 2011 Share Posted July 10, 2011 Yeah, rapier. Granted Gaar is weak to slash, but that doesn't justify the 19 str bonus you lose by using whip over rapier. Plus the rapier's stab attack is 94 while the whip's slash bonus is 82. So the extra 12 stab attack has to make up somewhat for the loss in weakness. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005. I would assume because the rapier's slash bonus is 4 less then the whip. Raising superstition that 4 slash bonus is much more wanted then 19 strength bonus, which is ridiculous but something i would expect from the average uninformed scaper'.
