bilbobaggins
title says it all. I have a crappy intel one, need a new one. anyone know some good deals? all I really want is something cheap, non intel, and supports splinter cell pandora tomorrow, flight simulator 2004, flatout, or return to castle wolfenstien. skelm
What slot type do you have? AGP or PCI express? What is your buget? AGP... If he is using an Intel card i'd be betting it's on board... and since 90% of motherboards using onoard video cards run AGP it's safe to assume that is what he has... Militaris
List of suggested boards and a price taken from newegg. They are ranked in terms of increaseing preformance. There are other cards around, but in normal prices these are the best value for money... They would all play the games you want, but some would play it better then others :) I assumed AGP. Radeon 9600PRO $66 GeForce 6600GT $139 GeForce 6800 GS $$
cheese_lord
Noooo.. don't go to Best Buy unless you are buying something out of the ad. Otherwise you will be paying too much. My personal favorite is newegg. I would suggest something like this.
