Leik Posted July 22, 2011 Share Posted July 22, 2011 Assuming the drop-rate isn't nerfed, I believe the rate for effigies at crawlers is between 750-800. I have 54k Crawlers logged with 75 effigies dropped, which averages to 1:720. But during the end I had an epic luck streak, which messed up the usual average a bit. killerjack Posted July 23, 2011 Share Posted July 23, 2011 For me personally i do believe they were nerfed, either that or ive had a epiccc dry streak for the past 2 weeks, someone on the rsof added a reply to my rsof post on the nerf and said jagex posted something 2 months ago about nerfing them. Without rapier you will lose quite a bit of melee dps, and without steel you'll lose a lot of kills, so either of those gone missing would make it virtually impossible to get 1 per hour. @ killerjack: Around 44% of the trips should end in no effigies by xpx' math. Generally, something's not nerfed until it's confirmed by a lot of people. And by a lot, I mean 80% or more.
