It's Super Effective!

Recommended Posts

So me and Alg just discovered a brand new way to enjoy reading definitions in an English Dictionary (in this case, an online one) that doesn't involve browsing through the definitions of the more socially unsavory curse words.

There is going to be no sleep tonight... or in the morning.

You give me too much credit.

For what it's worth, the same can be done with Wikipedia. For once, their objectivity is their weakness.

So what goes beyond castration? I am dying to know what sadistic action we would be taking next.

Gwyn, was the above line to me?

EDIT: @Alg: I always credit you as soon as I let you in on something. It's amazing how much of an unintentional comedic goldmine Oxford Dictionary's website is. What I intended was to note their word of day being an interesting pick to realizing how hilarious the whole thing really is.

Ok Vezon. Plan.

If you talk to her by Saturday you get a cookie.

If you talk to her by Sunday you get a slap.

If you don't talk to her before Sunday ends we castrate you.

Now who wants to be in charge of this?

Problem is, I don't know her name. I don't know where she lives. And I don't know how to find her.... *except* for one place on Sunday.

Then you only have 1 shot to keep your penis. Best of luck.

(Seriously though you'll be fine just do it!)

Harpy Haiku Hour:

Brilliant springtime!

Halcyon days of downpour.

Shit-- a tornado!

And Vezon, I am unsure if you posted this on the relationship thread since I never tread there. It seems a lot more ideal compared to this feathery asylum we call a nest.

@Gwyn: I love that show! :3

According to TVTropes, there is a good chance you might see it again in 2013 since it is supposed to be revived under the name Xiaolin Chronicles.

If you're wondering, Jack Spicer and Raimundo are my favorite characters.

And Vezon, I remembered going as far to roleplay Showdowns with a friend when we were kids. Our imaginations were weaponized in so many ways, it was awesome. I cannot recall which Shen Gong Wu was my favorite.

No.... I mean, the problem I will have is to get her into a conversation situation that will draw her attention. I can't really say what I want to say to her right off the bat.

I had a dream about Jack Spicer once.... It was one of the most [bleep]ed up dreams I've ever had. I still remember it quite vividly.

Please tell me it wasn't homo... but I assume it was hallucinogenic at least.

I had a really vague one involving the Sword of the Storm and a few-- oh god! Now I remember! That sword was one of my favorites!

@gwyn: This is a harpy nest. All services included!

@Vezon: Hmm yeah. 111 is Intro too correct? So that means it's a big class and she likely wouldn't have noticed you (no offense) unless you interacted with her a lot, in which case you probably wouldn't be needing help. You said she goes there every Sunday? Maybe start with something like, "Hey, you come here a lot"? Idk that might not go too well depending on where and what this place is. What are we talking about here?
