Juju Farming Potions

Aten

Recommended Posts

I'm not too familiar with Herblore Habitat, but I'd like to use juju farming potions for my herb runs to maximize profit.

Is it worth using these for snapdragon runs? I know torstols definitely demand the usage of these pots, but my farming level isn't there yet so I'm simply doing snaps right now.

Is the time spent gathering supplies for the pots an efficient tradeoff for the extra money? If it's relevant, I do have the scroll of life.

Yes it is.

Assume you use 1 dose per run, and you use juju to harvest your ugune (just add the patch after a regular herb run), and you have a scroll of cleansing, you'll get about 12 herbs per seed (with sol + paying, so no deaths) which will become about 40 doses of juju.

It takes virtually no time to get ugune seeds as you also get great hunter xp with them. You can hunt igneous + carrion, I think the xp is good enough.

This will increase profit from some 30k to 50k per patch.

What hunter/farming/herblore levels do you need for this? My stats are in my sig, I think I just need hunter, but I haven't looked at the game, like the OP

78 hunter, 70 herblore and 70 farming with 72 summoning recommended, and with at least 30k dungeoneering tokens. You can boost the hunter requirement and technically you only need 74 hunter, but at 78 you can catch carrion with igneous to increase xp and seed rates.

How do you hunt both igneous and carrion? Don't they require different construction hotspot features?

EDIT: Never mind, derp question.

If you want to get the Witchdoctor Camo, you'll need 81 Hunter though, don't pay the guy to build features, just get someone to assist you.

True, although it's not hard at all to get the set at below 80 hunter with a good few juju teles, rings of dueling (for mobilizing armies tele, brings you quickly near ooglog spa pools), an arctic bear (not necessary but always helpful), and a little planning. If you do this to catch all regular jadinkos, while noting what is required to catch the god jadinkos, you can claim witchdoctor top or bottoms very easily in a day (I did this at 74 hunter). But the trick to claiming full witchdoctor's quickly is to, as soon as you've claimed the top/bottoms, then catch at least one of each of the god jadinkos, and talk to Papa Mambo again, and he should reward you with the mask. Repeat this process again after herblore habitat resets (I think on wednesdays?) until you get the final piece. There is a 50% chance you will get the full set in 2 tries, so in other words, you have a fairly good chance of claiming full witchdoctor set in under a week at 74+ hunter.

5 minutes, so you can do 6 patches easily, 7 patches sometimes in one dose.

Yes.

Buy a teleport from the GE, search for juju spiritbag.

do they have 4 drinks like the other pots, or just 1?

4. Like normal potions, when you first mix them they come in 3 doses but you can decant them into 4.

Also, just want to thank all the people who've helped me out in this thread! Can't believe it took me this long to get into herb running and herblore habitat, my new favourite part of the game :D:D
