With pernix and a spirit cape the scrolls end up letting u heal 393hp/min. Not sure if the spirit cape would even be needed, but if it was you could just put it on to use scrolls, then it take off. So, you're always better off starting with a yak and only summoning your unicorn when the yak is empty. Even summoning potions are a less efficient use of inventory space than brews.
