August 9, 201114 yr Tip.it's official IRC channel is #runescape on the server irc.tip.it. I haven't used that in a long time, so bare with me... Just open a new server tab and type in /s irc.tip.it then type in /join #runescape To change your name, use the command /nick TheNameYouWantHere Alternatively you can just click this link. The official CD channel is #clans on irc.swiftirc.net

August 9, 201114 yr Just download mIRC. It's free or more specifically, shareware. Either way, you can be in #Runescape in minutes without paying anything and it doesn't matter what browser. I wonder if the admins are aware the client on the site isn't working on Opera. Once you get mIRC, just follow Killerred005's instructions to add the tip.it server and join the chat. It's not hard to add the server to mIRC's server list eather. Quote Rule #1 clearly states, "Do NOT confuse Newpy!" Only 19 years to get to level 99 in something. Mining, check. Browser: Opera Do me a favor and click "Live Chat" on the forums, third bar from the top, right in between "Account Problem" and "TeamSpeak". That is the java client for tip.it's IRC server. It might be that you did not correctly switch servers on your SwiftKit client, and you're trying to enter a different channel entirely :P
