August 31, 201114 yr Server you were on crashed. Crashed server = account can't log out = you can't log bk in til jagex manually force log outs or server reboots. August 31, 201114 yr If the server crashes, your character is still occupied so you may have to wait until the server is restored. It's something that can't be helped so don't blame any computeror internet problems like most people do. :rolleyes:
