September 15, 201114 yr It drains a small amount of prayer, has bad mage and melee stats and only a little better prayer than other equipment. Expect it to crash pretty soon. Only use i can think of is trying to smite people out in wildy without them expecting it, but i can't seriously see anyone being dumb enough not to watch their prayer.
