I an lucky. i have been a member on Runescape for about 2 months and have seen Bob 2 times.

Time 2 what interesting because i had just got my ammy of catspeak a few days before and had a kitten with me. i went over to make some arrow heads and... thare was bob!! i was so happy. i quickly shut the door to doric's bedroom where bob was and ran to falador to get my ammy of catspeak and my kitten. when i came back to talk to bob, my kitten went out of my inventory and started talking to bob instead of me. they started talking about how i never told my kitten who his real father was, and through about 2 minutes of talking between my kitten and bob, my kitten said "no, but what has that got to do with... no,noooooo! it cant be!" and bob said "yes, i am your father!" and so went on the conversation about my kitten taking over the runescape world with bob, his newly found father. it ended with my kitten saying that sounded too scary and decided to stay with me. (like that is any better) well, after that, i picked up my pet kitten and had my own conversation with bob. we talked about how i can understand him and how i got my ammy of catspeak and how he knows the plural of sphinx. at the end, he told me a wise saying. "thare are many intellegent spicies in the universe,they are all owned by cats."

#2: members who have seen bob but have not been able to talk eith him

 

 

 

#3: pepole who have talked with bob

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i wrote this topic groups 1 and 2 so they have a little hint of what is is like to talk with bob. not for group 3 who consist of people like you and me.

iv seen bob like 40 times lol, in the 2 months that iv been a member but i dont have an ammy of cat speak lol

I can't recall where an Amulet of Catspeak can be found.

you get the ammy after you do ictherins little helper quest

I haven't bothered doing Gertrude's cat, but I have seen bob for the first time somewhere around Taverly
