October 3, 201114 yr Not entirely sure what you mean, but there are arrows beside the chat box that you can drag to either expand or compress the number of lines shown (that's how people manage to fill the entire screen with chat in some screenshots you've probably seen). October 3, 201114 yr This happens a lot to me. Just click on an npc to talk to it, and while you're moving toward it, pull the chatbox down until the dialogue comes up. Voila.
