So I'm nearing max and basically all I have left are buyables, summ in particular is going to take a huge chunk out of my bank and at the moment I want to start planning ahead and look to make money while clearing up what I have already banked.

 

Anyways, I don't mind somewhat slow methods (however, this doesn't mean I'm considering doing frosts...) but anyways I'm still short about ~200m which I'll need to make hopefully in 2 weeks which shouldn't be too bad. Up until now I've been able to take my sweet time making cash as I still had a bunch of resource skills, but now I'm maxed resources I want to make the most of my time. I don't want to have to stress too much and because I still powerslay, I chew through quite a few cbs/ovls/rapier repairs etc. etc. so let's give it about 250m which is still fairly practical.

 

I don't have yak... I know it's a huge detriment to my possibilities, but it is what it is. Otherwise, I'm 99 atk, 96 str, 94 def, 92 ranged, 99 magic, 96 hp, turm, ovls, 83 summ (l0l), gearwise I have bandos, elite void, fury, zerker, rapier, and maul. I do have access to rigour as well and I have the tokens to get a ccb or cstaff. I'd say I have about 50m or so to spend on extra gear and supplies. Barring Do No Evil, I have all the important quests done and I also have access to pretty much every boss.

 

What's some good ways to make money combat-wise? I already do dailies, farm runs, the usual... I've been [cabbage] at merching recently so I just dumped my stack on skills, but I'm looking to buff up my bank in addition to this.

Glacors would be the best money and effigies as well as charms for any boss monster. Getting 95 summoning will help them a lot as well, but you don't need a unicorn with turmoil. Use the melee method outlined in the tip.it guide, gets you a nice little bit of strength xp + Storm of Armadyl isn't efficient atm.

What's the approximate $/hr and kills/effigy? Since I don't have access to iron, should I just use best combat familiar available to me + scrolls?

Combat familiars before iron are really weak, I'd suggest using an elemental titan and claws over eee.

Am I supposed to be banking on getting a pair of boots? I logged 2 hours total so far with 78 kills and I haven't even managed to break even on supplies. I do have 20 shards though, any idea what ABS street value is right now?

You should be making profit regardless of boots. Shards + Rune items should cover runes/potions. Boots are an extra profit.

Shards are worth around 80 Armadyl runes each, ~240k at today's prices. Use a ring of wealth (switch at least).

I do use row switch at the end of the glacyte stage on every kill. I can count my metal drops on one hand nevertheless (two skirts, one dmace, one bar, one baxe), so I guess I'm just not that lucky.

 

EDIT: Admittedly 4.8m worth in shards does pull some profit though.

I wouldn't worry about the metal drops. shard profit >> metal drop profit.
