At 99 rc, 100 shards will earn you 8000 runes or the staff, so find out the going rate for runes and staves and see which suits you. Powerfrog Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 In time, the staff will be worth more. It's the exact same concept as tokkul and obby weapons vs onyx. The weapons/runes are easier to get in small portions for instant money, but saving up for the grand prize is more profit as fewer people do it. That is of course assuming everyone doesn't have the exact same idea, and the staves don't come into the game too fast while no new players need for one. Or the rune supply is so short that the people with staves are willing to pay crazy prices. It's going to take months before the REAL prices show themselves and everything settles down to a balanced stable amount. So go for whatevers best at the moment.
