How the heck do these idiots get your name? Anyway to turn them off? Tired of getting these adverts for cheap gold that i can't erase!!!

I think they go through the highscores to get names, as to turning them off, the only way is to put your Private chat to "Friends"

private -> friends

They could probably also very easily just grab your name if you're hanging around a high traffic area, like the GE.

They also grab your name if you're in highly trafficked clan chats or yes, highly traveled areas such as the GE.
