Thou it's pixel it ain't that kind of char pixel art usually has. As a manga lover I just had to do something "mangish". So here it is and bout the coloring.. All you may need is to use a bit more contrast with darker colors in your shading, and improve a bit on your background of your first sig. Overall nice work.
