January 22, 200620 yr I never really saw the Simpsons. But tomorrow I will take the first two seasons of the simpsons with me from work (I can borrow products from work). I will see those two seasons this sunday, after that I think I can give a decent comparing. I've seen and own all four Futurama seasons.Errr, if you can, don't take season 1. It really hadn't found itself at that point. Seasons 3-6 are the superior ones... Oh, too bad I read this too late. :P I took season one and two with me from work. I saw season one last night. It was pretty nice, had some laughs and was pretty entertained. From what I've seen now I'm giving it to Futurama though...But who knows what Season two has got to offer. Plus the music theme rules, that one's better than Futurama's. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
January 24, 200620 yr This is as insignificant as a Pepsi vs. Coke. Lol yeah, or Family Guy vs American Dad.... All morons hate it when you call them a moron.-Holden Caulfield, The Catcher in the Rye
January 24, 200620 yr This is as insignificant as a Pepsi vs. Coke. Lol yeah, or Family Guy vs American Dad.... Or The Office and Extras.... Thats if you know what shows they are lol. Retired 8th October 2007 | 99 Fishing | 99 Cooking | Owner of a Red Mask and 2 Santa Hats |
January 24, 200620 yr Who does not know The Office? And I was very, very pleasantly surprised to see that Extras was at least as good as The Office. Ricky Gervais, rock on! Bill Hicks[/url]":dhj2kan9]Since the one thing we can say about fundamental matter is, that it is vibrating. And since all vibrations are theoretically sound, then it is not unreasonable to suggest that the universe is music and should be perceived as such.

January 25, 200620 yr I think this whole topic can be summed up with that simpsons crossover, in which bender was in the back of homer's flying car. Futurama got left dead on the road and the Simpsons roll on.
January 27, 200620 yr Futurama all the way, nothing bad about The Simpsons, in fact i love it too, but it's no where near as brilliantly clever and hilariously well thought-out as Futurama. 1690 total and unranked strength. Headed for 1800.I like the irony (no wait, paradoxicality) in how there's a spelling error in this sig.
January 28, 200620 yr Even though I enojoy Futurama, I would have to say The Simpsons for sheer duration and influence on pop culture.
January 29, 200620 yr Futurama is hilareous(sp), but simpsons has been on for soo long So my vote goes for Family Guy :P My Guide to Killing Green Dragon Autoers
