Futurama or the simpsons?

Featured Replies

I never really saw the Simpsons. But tomorrow I will take the first two seasons of the simpsons with me from work (I can borrow products from work). I will see those two seasons this sunday, after that I think I can give a decent comparing. I've seen and own all four Futurama seasons.
Errr, if you can, don't take season 1. It really hadn't found itself at that point. Seasons 3-6 are the superior ones...

Oh, too bad I read this too late. :P I took season one and two with me from work. I saw season one last night. It was pretty nice, had some laughs and was pretty entertained. From what I've seen now I'm giving it to Futurama though...But who knows what Season two has got to offer. Plus the music theme rules, that one's better than Futurama's.

When the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!

This is as insignificant as a Pepsi vs. Coke.

Who does not know The Office? And I was very, very pleasantly surprised to see that Extras was at least as good as The Office. Ricky Gervais, rock on!

I do, but i kinda disagree. Extra's was really an offshoot of The Office, and they dont really compete.

I think this whole topic can be summed up with that simpsons crossover, in which bender was in the back of homer's flying car. Futurama got left dead on the road and the Simpsons roll on.

Futurama all the way, nothing bad about The Simpsons, in fact i love it too, but it's no where near as brilliantly clever and hilariously well thought-out as Futurama.

1690 total and unranked strength. Headed for 1800.

I like the irony (no wait, paradoxicality) in how there's a spelling error in this sig.

Futurama is cool special bender =]

Even though I enojoy Futurama, I would have to say The Simpsons for sheer duration and influence on pop culture.

I vote simpsons definatly
