November 17, 201114 yr EoE and DGS (the latter you have to apply to at XPW) have lots of members who can do warpeds. I don't know specifically if there's a clan dedicated to warps. But besides DGS and EoE, there's also 3BO and Elite_Dung...though iirc Elite_Dung might be disbanded. Not sure.
November 17, 201114 yr Elite Dung is indeed disbanded. Besides DGS, EoE, and 3BO, there's Ultimate Dunge. 3BO isn't really accurate though, as it's no longer a dungeoneering clan. Just call it world 67/69. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
