November 30, 201114 yr He is referring to the 50% runes saved when combining the SoL and full battle robes. I'm 99% sure it doesn't work if the robes aren't charged, but someone should confirm this.
November 30, 201114 yr The SoL doesn't save runes on his own. the robes have to be charged. SoL has a 1/8 chance of saving runes when used alone. I think the battle robes work the same as combat robes with regards to saving catalytic-type runes only when charged, so it's unlikely that the 50% saving would work while they are degraded. As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapabale of solving approaches zero. Ensure you are not a social situation.
