Slaying for effigies

So it's been a while since I've done Slayer and they've brought out a hell of a lot more monsters, are any of the following three tasks worth not cancelling?

Mutated Jadinkos (males)

Vyrewatch (no effigies but fast)

Polypore (currently blocked)

I currently do basically the effigyscape tasklist:

Black Dragons

Bloodvelds

Black Demons

Steel Dragons

Hellhounds

Mithril Dragons

Ice Strykewyrm

Aberrant Spectres

Dark Beasts

Dagannoths

Suqah

Iron Dragons

Kalphite

Tasks for points/profit:

Abyssal Demon

Blue Dragons

Terror Dogs

Skeletal Wyverns (fairly quick dont mind it)

Greater Demons (cancel if I cba, they're decently fast or use it for a bit of zam gwd)

Tzharr (cancel if cba - I'd like to build up a few more capes anyway)

The rest are either blocked or cancelled. Assume max kph, cannon/ovl/steel titan etc

EDIT: I also do Glacors and am considering crawlers for effigies, I just have a side goal of 20m Slay.

Vyrewatch are incredibly easy slayer xp. Positioning yourself in a good spot, and using the right gear, you can pay extremely little attention and still churn through the xp, as they will always remain aggressive (unless of course you are wearing the Darkmeyer geddup). The level 196s (think) are 150xp, so while they aren't an effigy task, they are a decent paced task for solid xp. The added bonus is they drop alot of death and blood runes, and considering the current price of these, a task can turn quite a hefty profit.

I would recommend burning vyres to improve your blisterwood stats and max along the way.

I don't know too much about the polypore monsters, as they are a post-99 update, and as for mutated dinks, well, again, they are a high-xp task, but fairly slow. SOmeone else can comment more entirely on them I'm sure, but I hated them for a much of my slaying, just because of the time it took to get through tasks, although when I did complete them, they were dropping an effigy (on average for me) once every two tasks.

It depends a bit on how much you value slayer xp, how much you value your bank total etc. I would tend to say that jadinko's and vyres are not worth it on account of being slow slayer xp, but if you feel cannoning is too expensive in general they become good xp, and jadinko's are on par with metals effigy-wise (but no ferocious ring of course). With vyres not giving any effigies or charms they are definitely a bad task, and they are slow for points - probably 20 minutes per task or so.

I'm not sure on polypore monsters but they appear to be multiple assignments of which only the ganodermics are worth it (?) so it'd be best to block them if they are fairly common.

I'm not sure how common they are, I have yet to be assigned any polypore monsters, and I gave up camping and went back to slaying on Thursday, LOL. My clanmates have been trying out some of the other monsters on task, and apparently they are not too bad. The downside, however, is that they aren't as easily safespotted. However, they are still decent for collecting flakes and spores, if you're into that.

I am probably a bit less efficient than others, and I don't cannon. Vyres are a good task, though. I like burning corpses, so it is worth it for me, not to mention lots of death/blood rune drops. If you hang out near the altar you can pray protect/deflect melee and piety/turmoil without using any potions, so that keeps costs down.

Jadinkos are entirely a tossup. I find the males to be really slow and boring. I usually do as many as I can stand, and then finish the task on guards once I get too bored.
