HexiledRazz Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 I'm making a F2P mauler out of boredom, but i'm gonna' need 50 runecrafting to get a talisman staff before i can do any sort of PKing on him. But since i'm staying 1 attack and 1 prayer, the FoG gloves are out of the question since getting them will be EXTREMELY slow. Is there any other viable method? It's a referral account, so i'll have double EXP till level 30. But that's just a fraction of the EXP to 50. I'm leaning towards biting the bullet and making the money to make air tiaras. But it'll be pricey so i'll have to make some cash before hand. And are there anymore 50/50 F2P GoP worlds/chats around? Or are they gone? Lastly one off-topic question that hopefully someone will be able to answer. Do talisman staves still appear under you to pick up when dropped on death in PvP? For 50/50 gop addict still functions, but as it is a public chat there are and always will be 1-2 resident crashers, once you ID who they are it is usually clean sailing. The_Fray Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 If you are crafting runes then it will generally be slow. You can use a "friend" and have them come along for the ride and carry essence. That will speed it up a little but not a lot, make sure your "friend" is also carrying essence so you wont have keep trading him/her the essence. Kaida23 Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 Without FoG gloves, crafting body tiaras is the fastest, but most expensive, Runecrafting xp available in F2P (aprox. 15k/hr). For basic runes, either Air or Earth are your best choices with Earth runes giving slightly more xp/hr. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero.
