December 19, 201114 yr Ahrims is better than void but I'm poor.Basically fire surge the glacorWhen the glacytes spawn attack the enduring glacyte with fire surge then activate titan spec and put titan on the sapping glacyte and keep on using titan spec on itChange to melee gear, turn on turmoil, and attack the enduring glacyte when it gets close to you while at the same time luring it backWhen both glacytes are dead wait for the unstable one to explode then 1 hit it, sometimes the timing isn't right and you will have to deal with itFinish the glacor with fire surge55 or so kills/hr when not trying really hard and screwing up a lot
December 20, 201114 yr Author Soa is better than rapier but costs morePolypore is worse than rapier unless you suck at switching
December 20, 201114 yr PPS and rapier are even in terms of damage. Not really, as pps is slower and glacytes have 0 def against everything. But pps doesn't require as many switches. December 20, 201114 yr That's different :P. It could be easier to kite with etc. and the lower number of switches makes it less prone to mistakes. December 20, 201114 yr Author The problem with pps is that sometimes the unstable glacor starts healing if you have really bad luck, and it is hard to outdamage the healing with pps without getting help from the steel titan. Also rapier is cheaper and simply more consistent in finishing the glacytes as fast as possible. However, one advantage of pps is that you can go all out with mage gear so you miss less on the glacor.I haven't thoroughly tested how mage bonus affects hit rate there so I don't know if this makes up for the slow glacytes.
December 21, 201114 yr If you collect like 1k hit/misses, we can get a good idea of the glacor's magic defense and we can make calculations from that. We'll be able to tell whether the dps decrease from using void on the glacor is worth the dps increase on the glacytes, etc.
December 21, 201114 yr Author 1000 is not nearly enough hits to document within an acceptable precision.Something more like 5000 is needed. I thought you knew basic probability.
December 21, 201114 yr 1000 would give us a rough estimate. 5000-10000 would be pretty accurate. You don't have the attention span for 5000.
