Should i come back to RS ?

Featured Replies

Hey Guys

I quit RS back in August 2011 and gave all my items and cash (combined 58M) to my friend, so i have no items currently at all apart from my vet cape and bronze axe , should i return and if so what should i do because i want something i can stick at :(

Thanks :)

It really depends on what you have going on in your life. I find that Runescape tends to affect me negatively. After half a year or so, my health deteriorates, my mind deteriorates, and I'm genuinely not happier. Then again, if I do it sparingly, it fills up the small increments of relaxation I need. However, most people can't accomplish much in that short amount of time.

Since you quit in August, you might have missed a lot of updates, but in reality, it's the same game. What you felt in August is what you will feel if you come back, imo.

I don't think I answered your question how you wanted it answered, but this is really just my two cents. I'm quitting myself once school starts back up.

No.

You should do what you want, and if you are asking others, then is it something you really want to do?

[bleep] OFF HOW ARE U SO [bleep]ING LUCKY U PIECE OF [bleep]ING SHIT [bleep] [bleep] [wagon] MUNCHER

If you're coming back you're gonna have to work a shitton to get your 58m back.

I say no.

Don't be downers guys!

Read around the forums and the site a bit. If something inspires you and makes you want to log back into RS, do it! Don't worry about the money, having given away your money shouldn't have an effect on weather you come back or not.

no, play Katawa Shoujo instead

Kalphite King : 1 Drygore Rapier ; 1 Drygore Longsword : 1 Drygore Offhand Rapier : 1 Drygore Offhand Longsword

This is a question I ask myself a lot.

I find that if I'm asking myself, it's because I'm unsure of the decision because it has affected me negatively in the past, or I've made enough mistakes in the game that it just isn't worth it. (In total I've lost about 200M in bad decisions)

However, there are times when I'm bored and will feel like playing Runescape for a bit to pass the time.

So here's my verdict. If you have to ask yourself if you should play, don't do it. However, if you find yourself wanting to play spontaneously, simply because it's there, play for a bit.

As for what to do in Runescape, everyone has their own preference of what they enjoy, you just have to find yours on your own.

best advice for anyone thinking of quiting and possibly coming back later on: never give all your stuff away. just saying  but if you wanted to come back and had the skills to make some quick money then do so.

Yes. Get 5M off your friend and go have some fun again. Try the new quests.

I'm not an efficienado.
