January 9, 201214 yr Greetings, I have been away from RS for quite some time now, and I am checking in to see what has changed. Last time I have played was when they first introduced dungeoneering. I played that for a couple days, became frustrated with the system and stopped playing again. The last time I played for any length of time was after they introduced Castle Wars. What I am asking is what has changed in the wide world of Rune Scape, and is there anything that will make it worth my time to get my paid membership back ? Thank you. ********** One of the old guard of RS. RS birthday = Feb - 27 - 2002 Proud member of the original forum.**********
January 9, 201214 yr well the most obvious change is the return of free trade and the wilderness/staking.Runescapes graphics are better than ever, and exp gain is faster now due to effigies and other fast methods.Just read through the updates, and try to ignore the horrors that have been done to the main page. Check it out, huge amount of effort has gone into this massive mod![hide=old sig][/hide]
January 9, 201214 yr I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things as well after, basically, 4 years absence. Any information regarding the new skills would be greatly appreciated. Is training on f2p worth it these days? RuneScaper since 2001. Get off my lawn.

January 9, 201214 yr There's some new stuff, and some of the old stuff has been changed. Hey, ask a vague question, get a vague answer. Month-by-month archive of updates on RS Wiki The RS Wiki's layout is a bit easier to deal with than the official site. You can give it a look and come back with more specific questions. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
January 10, 201214 yr There's some new stuff, and some of the old stuff has been changed. Hey, ask a vague question, get a vague answer. Month-by-month archive of updates on RS Wiki The RS Wiki's layout is a bit easier to deal with than the official site. You can give it a look and come back with more specific questions. It's a bit of a shame that their site has become so cumbersome and overloaded with unecessary extras that the wiki becomes better. Maybe the wiki was always like that, but it seems increasingly true now. OP, if you want to skim through, you can try reading all the Behind the Scenes articles. Bear in mind that objects in the game may not be as awesome as they appear. I'm not an efficienado.
