(Most magic spells are 10 squares) Same speed for both.AFAIK, the accuracy is the same. Working on max and completionist capes. 2435/2475

The only similarity is that they both deal magic damage. As far as function goes, it's most similar to a range weapon, except it doesn't have a rapid option. If this is the case, then accurate would have a +3 magic attack bonus over long range.
