Dungeoneering level training

I'm currently level 61, I've been told the best way to level is to reset my progress and re-do floors 18-24 and repeat this action.

Could anyone be able to tell me if this is the best way, or if I've been given some wrong advice?

Make sure you have all floors ticked off before you reset (not sure if that was what you had meant in your post, so just to clarify. I'd consider doing 18-24 as meds for a bit more xp, but can take time (if you have someone willing to work them with you, it'll be much faster).

You should never, never reset if you do not have all floors done you can do. If you have them all done you should reset. Be sure you unlocked all floors you can access at your level as well.

To add to what has been said above, Residua... If you reset your ring before you have all of your floors checked off, it will lessen the prestige xp boost marker that you will get after doing dungeons. In turn, that drop will harm all of your per-dungeon xp gains. So, NEVER reset your ring before having all the floors done that you have access to. :!:

When all floors that you can access are ticked, reset progress and begin from floor 1.

Each time you do a floor that has been unchecked by the reset, you benefit from the saved prestige from the last resets, and you want the maximum possible prestige.

For the lower floors, it's usually suggested to rush them at C1 small, as they generally score lower, and you need to do them after a reset to maximize the next prestige. At C1, you only have combat, no other distractions, but the XP penalty is 50%
