What's currently considered the most efficient way to fletch? I need to get 82 fletching for elite seers diary and I don't skill much so I'm a little unsure as to what the best methods are.

Suppose I value my time at ~2m/hr since in the time a faster method might save me I probably wont be making money the whole time.

I also need to get my fishing and cooking up... If you know what the best method for me would be then please let me know, if not then thats alright :P

Thanks in advance guys

Broad arrows are the best if you can afford it. They cost over 5M/hr but are around 500k XP/hr.

If you don't want to lose a money string yew longbows till 85 and then switch to magic longbows. (Yew longbows profit, magic longbows lose slightly) Stringing magic longbows is like 200k XP/hr.

Here is a great fletching spreadsheet. That should show you everything you need to know.

Flyfish in Shilo village if you've done the quest. Cook the fish you catch or just buy raw tuna or lobsters to cook.

"Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come."

Heavy rod fish while low alching the fish as they appear in your inventory. C2 fishing is best once you hit 90, maybe even 80, but it takes a lot more concentration/clicking/effort.

Just cook the best fish you can on a stove/fire near a bank. Cooking guild is good if you have access to the bank. You can use the lunar spell bake pie for fast experience, but it's very expensive and you don't need the extra magic experience. Curries are also very good xp, but expensive.

I'm not so sure on fletching in terms of efficiency. Broad arrows (and later, dragon darts) are extremely fast experience for a lot of money. Fletching yew/magic longbows is much slower and cheaper. I'd assume you should go fast and expensive, from the 2m/hour you can make, but you may wish to look it up before investing a large amount of money into it.
