Non-combat money making

Most GOOD ways of money making as of now are by combat. I can make 400k per hour by doing Blue Dragons but this is really boring and I enjoy training non-combat skills more, but there aren't many ways to train non-combat skills whilst making a good profit. Any ideas?

It's weird that this is still the case, really. Combat has always been profitable because bots generally couldn't do it as it was dangerous, yet humans did it because it's fun. Now with most bots gone you'd think the more boring things, like cutting magic logs, would be better profit as there are fewer people that are willing to do it, yet it hasn't happened... (Although judging by boss drops, it seems to be edging that way.)

Telegrabbing white berries is pretty good money if you have completed summers end and can teleport right next to the berry spawn. Although they're crashing pretty hard post BXP.

As far as herb farminig goes, Avantoe used to be good, but at the moment they're crashing and don't sell. That leaves toadflax and ranarr as your best two options for that. Always MTK, too. If nests are still 10k each, then you'd be best off (in my opinion) doing 10 maple, 5 herb. The nests (and seeds in them) add up fast.

Other than that, mahogany in the grove is pretty good if the logs are over 400 each. You've got 90 wc so you should be cutting them at a very good pace. I don't know exact numbers on any of these but I'd guess 300k/h on mahogany if you can get 400+ for the logs.

EDIT: Just checked the price of mahogany logs, they're 437 gp each right now. They crashed a while back to to a deposit box in Ape Atoll after the Deadliest Catch quest, so use that if you can. The prices seem to be perking up to the normal 300-400 again.

If you have done the shades of mortton quest, you could make sacred oil. Using up the shop stock of olive oil takes around an hour and a half and it sells for ~1.4m.
