Also there where sets of party hats i think MODS gave them out i think.. To do the bug, you would choose deposit(15), or whatever was the highest amount at the time, on a single item like a dragon medium. 15 items would show up instead of 1 in the confirmation screen, and you could either take out one or put them all into the chest. And party hats were not duplicated in that amount if at all. Hats were rare at the time because jagex staff gave them to a couple of players they liked, or were just pked in them.
