May 30, 201214 yr things may have changed but you will find it very difficult to make money with high alching. unless something ridiculous has happened with nats (which could be) besides alching is very slow i would suggest one of the many other ways of raising magic. string ammy (probably wont make any money) not sure of the current best ways however. ~~~legoman187~~~ Clicky siggy for blogThanks Pendonub for fancy new sigThieving guide[WIP]Loyal player since May 2005 and member since November 2005 and Tifer for many years~~~legoman187~~~
May 30, 201214 yr There are plenty of calcs for this, just look around online. But don't alch if you're wanting it to be fast.
May 30, 201214 yr Don't alch unless you're doing it while mining/fishing/woodcutting. String jewelery, barraging, plank make, etc are all much better.
May 30, 201214 yr High alching is almost never profitable unless you catch an item at its lowest point, but by the time you find an item the dozens of other people also looking for high alch profit have probably already bought it out. The smallest loss consistently is probably [item=2903], but there is a buy limit of 100 every 4 hours. Stat Progress | Stat Averages | Stat Records
May 30, 201214 yr Even if alching is profiting, you're still losing money over time by time to be spent on moneymakers. Time = money.
May 30, 201214 yr Yeah, what all these other guys said. But if you really want to alch, just find the Runescape Wiki's calculator. I piety the fool.
