Not good. You have different lighting angles for the swsord and the dog, the eyes do not look realistic and the sword is also pixelated. The sides are really badly erased and the pose of the dog is not as such as you could really manipulate it.

i own photoshop for 2 months now, its just Impossible in my case...

 

 

 

but what i meen most is the whole idea arround it, graphics is not my thing :roll:

I agree with both of them. The eyes just look like paper above it (put it on a soft light perhaps), the sword is pixelated, lighting doesn't match at all.... and the cropping is realy... eww too.
