July 24, 201213 yr Turn off your firewall and then load up the runescape client. If it works then the problem is that your firewall is blocking the client. In that case you need to unblock it. Can't help you much more unless you give more details sorry..

July 24, 201213 yr Author i add the 4 icons of java in the firewall but doesn't load the game i have a problem . I have a black screen with an error message on the top left saying: “Error. Click for details” this is in google crome
