July 16, 201213 yr im currently going for 99 defence and i need some cash. What should i camp? i was thinking dwogres but then decided that a dragon pickaxe is wayyy to rare of a drop to hope for. 80 attack80 strength88 def84 hp :)and lastly 76 slayer. id prefer to camp something easy but with good drops. I'm thinking about grotworms but theres so many bots i dont know :/ P.S. effigies would be a nice drop as well :)!
July 16, 201213 yr Dragon pickaxe isnt that rare. If your going from 88-99 def you will see at least one. However, i woulnt just kill the dwogres, kill everything that is chaos. Handcannons and shot will pay for trips and slightly profit. Take guthans and eee for healing. As for xp though... Why dont you try out something like camping abby specs with salve ammy (e) and macaw familier. You will get tons of herbs and the xp isnt bad.

Dark beasts are afk and permanently agressive, but not fast. Ice strykes are great xp/hr but can only be hunted on task. Vyrewatch with maxed polearm are ~150k xp/hr (less for you with low attack/strength). Dagannoth Sentinels in the Dominion Tower are the fastest xp. Without a bgs to spec with every 5 min and a good combat familiar they are about equal to vyrelords. With bgs they're marginally better, with an iron titan + they become way better.
