Need Advise

Hey. I am a level 90 on runescape and only have 1 99 skill. I would like to save up for dragon body legs and boots but I only have 200k and I can become bored very easily when doing money making the slow way. Dose anyone have any tips on getting these items fairly quickly?

I guess you could start making money lol. No, seriously. You should start doing hunter or something like that. You'll level up pretty easily and make some decent money too. Even with green lizards,

Probably the easiest way for anyone to start turning their money into more money would be to do the Throne of Miscellania and Royal Trouble quests. These open up and improve the Manage thy Kingdom activity. With both quests, it will consume 10% of the money you store in it, up to a maximum of 75k per day at 750k stored, and in return it will 'gather' (create) resources for you. Many of the resources will be produced for less than market value, offering a cheeper alternative to gather resources for use in skilling (thus saving you money), or to sell for a net proffit. The linked guide includes the production quanities so that you can work out values. During the good times you can turn about a 100% proffit (that is, you get back twice what you put in, doubling your money), which would be about 27m annual proffit.

 

27m doesn't go that far in the higher classes of items (it wont buy you a DFH anytime soon), but it certainly gives you money to work with, and it will pay for a reasonable amount training, especially if you alternate between a profitable skill like hunter, and a costly skill like crafting or fletching.

 

Once you have more money, you have more options. Better gear for fights with monsters with good rewards, the ability to pursie higher levels, or you might get into mechanting.

Farming herbs is a good way to make some extra cash, you can do the 6 allotments (including Herblore Habitat and Trollheim) patches every 75 minutes. Personally, I farm avantoe seeds and make good profit.

Farming herbs is best used when combined with other methods. Kingdom is also a very good passive moneymaker. Unfortunately at those levels, most of your methods for making money will be slow. If you do the keldagrim questline, I've found that the chaos dwarf battlefield can make quite a bit of money if you hunt the cannoneers the right way, the trick I use is killing dwogres until the aggression period is over, then you can safely attack the cannoneers without getting piled.

 

If you've done the chosen commander, killing the statues in the bandos throne room can be quite good for lower levels.

 

For someone who gets bored easily, or doesn't want to camp monsters, try pickpocketing HAM members and doing the level 1 clue scrolls. This may seem slow, but it really does make quite a bit of money due to how fast you can do level 1 clues, and the fact that some of the rewards can be worth quite a bit.

Pretty sure that you can't plant non-juju seeds in the herblore habitat plot.

You also don't plant herbs in allotment patches.
