You can't, really. Just do it the right way.

The only real way to make money off of a skill such as Fletching is to be entirely self-sufficient when leveling it. Which means you cut all your own logs, etc.

Umm? That's incorrect. You don't have to cut your own logs to make money. But that's irrelevant anyway.

 

OP, its best to fletch broad arrows and make money elsewhere.

That isn't true depending on income. Turning unfinished broad bolts into broad bolts is more efficient up until ~2m/hr.

Don't go all out. Do it in short spurts. You'll get burnt out way too fast if you attempt to go straight from 15-99. Trust me, I got burnt out gaining 2 levels towards the end.
