does any one know a good place to train defence from 88 to 99

my combat skills are 85 attack 85 strenght 88 defence 88 hitpoints 71 prayer 75 summioning

if you could give me the xp rates for the location and inventory/ equipment that you thing I should take thanks a lot

Dagannoth Sentinels in the Dominion tower are the highest pure defence experience per hour, another good option are the Vyrewatch after completing Branches of Darkmeyer.

 

Are you interested in training related skills at the same time, or just defence? If you ever plan on maxing your account (Slayer + Summoning), or being competitive in PvM situations (Summoning) I would suggest different places.

I would suggest Vyrelords/Vyreladys. I got 90-99 defence/strenght there in less than a week. All you do is pray melee. So wear proselyte/initiate to uphold prayer drain. Also, prayer renewal significantly along with those, upholds prayer for quite some time, you won't have to constantly recharge your prayer. The Altar is just 5 steps away, making this place a very nice training area. They drop death, blood, and fire runes about 90% of the time, so you will make bank just training. (Isn't that great!?) Also, charms and effigies now. In my opinion, it's the best/favorite for me. Hoped it helped.
