That is roughly $3m contributed by the community (buying a Compendium (equivalent of an irl sticker book) donates $2,50, 25% of compendium boosters go towards the prize pool too). [garden tool]-lee-shit. This surpasses the record for the biggest prize pool in Esports history (set by TI3 last year at ~$2.8m iirc). tl;dr play Dota 2.
