December 29, 201213 yr I am a pvm who has never bossed before. I can spend 2 mil on gear and I want to boss, the giant mole seems to be the easiest and so I decided that would be my place to start, these are my stats Attack 60Strength 49Defense 60Magic 36Range 41Prayer 32 I really need advice, thanks and have a good day
December 29, 201213 yr Try training your magic and prayer a little bit, because giant mole is weak to Water spells (Magic), so grab some decent magic gear (Mystic for example).Get a terrorbird as a follower useally you have to run around for the mole. The rebellious.
December 29, 201213 yr terrorbirds( or a bull ants) scrolls are very useful since there is a lot of running around.
January 29, 201313 yr I would suggest potions to raise your stats as well, whether you make them yourself or buy them. If you have the supplies, I would recommend making them.
January 29, 201313 yr I would suggest potions to raise your stats as well, whether you make them yourself or buy them. If you have the supplies, I would recommend making them.It costs more to gather your own ingredients, unless they are your highest source of income, in which case it is the same cost. Can we stop with this fallacy because it's really starting to get on my nerves
January 30, 201313 yr Giant mole is bad profit for the time spent imho. You should look for something better.
February 5, 201313 yr Just killed it at maxed combat, god the thing is annoying. It has a large amount of health, but it burrows away every few hits, so you just end up running around the cave for 4-5 mins trying to find the damn thing. 45,657th to 99 Range 29/09/09 , 41,018th to 99 Mage 13/11/09__________________

From the unofficial RuneScape wiki: When fighting the giant mole, pay attention when he digs to the direction he turns. Knowing he turns to the north-east, you can assume that he is going somewhere north about 85% of the time. I haven't tried this myself, though. ARENAscape: Baratus [AS] max hit: 166 with Moon Battle Hammer ixfd64 [AS] max hit: 116 with (untitled spell #2)
February 15, 201313 yr The direction it digs in indeed seems to give an indication to where it wil surface, but is not always accurate in my experience and can lead to a lot of (extra) running around. (i know from personal experience) A combat familiar is a better way to find it again i think.
February 16, 201313 yr Use a terrorbird and mystic (if you can use it??) with water spells, make your own potions.
