I was wondering what the cheapest way to get from 21 - 50 summoning is. Here is my charm bank:

 

 

I've never used any before, almost all my xp is from lamps.

Everything seems insanely expensive :/. Might wait on this one till my cash pile is a little bigger.

Golds make spider pouches then into scrolls, greens are always expensive. honey badgers and pyrefiends are decent for crimsons and save your blues.

Depending on how much your cash stack is, i would keep the crimsons and blue at all times (use them after you reach lvl ~70)

 

I would agree that summoning is quite expensive unless you gather the ingredients yourself.

It costs more to gather your own ingredients, unless they are your highest source of income, in which case it is the same cost.

Use the penguin points for it, that's what I did. I'm at summoning 62 now :D
