derekreader
SInce EOC is there a difference between Bandos Boots and Boots of Subjunction when being used for melee except for the prayer bonus with Subjunction? Bandos boots have a higher defence to range, Subjugation boots have a higher defence against melee. I think. Ganodermic boots are better and farrr cheaper than Subjugation btw
jayc3399
Dragon Rider Boots are one size fits all for places where you are being attacked by more then one combat style. 1 Quest Cape Achieved on November 14, 2007Items AcquiredCrystal Pick and HatchetBerzerker Ring x 33/28 Barrows Items
Estoc
Dragon Rider Boots are one size fits all for places where you are being attacked by more then one combat style. Not true anymore. With the exponential armor update Dragon Rider boots are 23 defence and bandos are 93. This means that bandos boots' weakest defence stat is magic at 29. Ammako
I meant glacor boots in comparison to dragon rider. That's where it gets a bit tricky. When I'm wearing just the Dragon rider boots, I get +21 armour to all three styles. But if I'm wearing Ranged gear, I get 83 armour against the style I'm weak to, 22 against the style I'm strong against and 55 armour vs the same style (Wearing Zamorak coif, Royal d'hide body/chaps, barrows gloves and Legend's cape.) Hedgehog
I'm not sure if glacor boots would be worth it anywhere. You would have to require food, and prayer would have to be a nonissue. Perhaps if you could turm/ss GWD bosses and have the altar/auras restore your prayer points. That's a bit of a stretch though.
