What magic and melee weapons were you using? Accuracy is based on the tier of weapon you use, meaning a higher tier weapon will be more accurate.

 

Melee damage is tied to the weapon, however magic damage is based on the level of spell you use, with higher level spells dealing higher damage.

 

Barrows gloves are still great all-round and better than gwd gloves due to their all-class.

Oh I see what you mean by attack distributions. Those bars at the bottom determine your accuracy against a target that uses the marked style:

 

For example you have 2384 accuracy against a melee user as mage > melee

1192 accuracy against magic as magic = magic

476 against a ranged user as magic < ranged.

 

Basically your accuracy is modified depending whether you have a combat triangle advantage or not

If you do not have a spell selected for autocasting, it will count your staff as a melee weapon.

 

In which case the accuracy of the staff is the same in melee mode, but the damage will be 0 plus your strength level.
