February 8, 200620 yr I DID see something along those lines in the official Runescape forums. So no, you're not the only person this has happened to. From what I understand, bug reports have been submitted for this problem. Remember, the SEARCH button is your friend. Use it!

February 8, 200620 yr i've had 'speak to sir kay' 3 times in a row and 'search a chest in the dwarf mines' 2 times in a row, and got trimmed armour on both......i don't know why but this happened to my friend too and he got trimmed on his...weird? i'm just plane happy 8)
February 9, 200620 yr I got search a crate near a cart in Port Khazard twice on a level 1 clue. I also recently dug up a casket and when I opened it, down the bottom of the screen it said "you found another clue" with a picture of a casket next to it. When I clicked OK I had another casket in my inventory. Inside that was a clue though....
February 9, 200620 yr I've had a similar problem. I had to talk to Party Pete in Seer's Village, then dig in Karamja and then talk to Party Pete again.
