baileydafrog Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 Hey all, I'm currently meleeing QBD with bandos, Goliath, fury, wealth, soul wars cape and chaotic maul, I'm not on all that long a day and spend 1.5-2m on crafting and probably profit about 4m a day. So to increase my times should I be ploughing my money into prayer, herblore or saving for a main hand drygore? You can use a fire cape or tokhaar cape until then, also whisper amulet, cclaw + ee, warrior ring (switch with row before looting). Melee and range defence and nothing offensive now? Mainly worn trimmed capes until the nerf, would the whisper and warrior be priority for now or 92/96 prayer? Not really sure how drygores compare to T80 melee there post-update, but it's about 20% faster then chaotic staff/Rcbow. DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty). chenw Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 You can use obsidian cape if you dont have fire/kiln cape, despite it offering critical strikes in all 3 styles, it's classed as melee. (Be it with Chaotics or with Royal crossbow/etc.)I miss so often even with them, does having 99 attack and/or having Overloads really make that much of a difference? (I can only use Supers ATM.)
