vernecho3 Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 I have recently noticed a notorius decay in the aggressiveness in dagganoths from the first level of waterbirth dungeon while i was using mage armour, given that they are a melee type. But something extremely strange happened when i entered the range type of dagganoth, because the aggressiveness utterly rose. I decided to go back to the melee room and take of my armour to see what was the effect and it worked, as I took of my armour more and more monsters started attacking me. Sy_Accursed Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 Either that or the very old mechanic of stuff becomes unaggressive after a while is still at work meaning you spent so long in the melee room they lost interest, then when you crossed a loading boundary to the ranged room it reset aggressiveness meaning they attacked and when you went back so did the meleers. They decreased their range of aggressiveness This, it's in the patch notes from the 30th of april. They nerfed the range that they can target you from and they also nerfed how many will target you at once. They are no longer great for slayer, mage, or charms.
